Support Partners for Our Communities This Giving Season
The author Brené Brown defines connection as “the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”
For over 25 years, Partners for Our Communities has been all about connections. We have connected thousands of vulnerable people across the Northwest Suburbs to the resources of their community, to their passions to give and serve, and to one another. In the age of COVID, connections take different forms. For the health of the community we may practice physical distancing in various ways, but we never practice social distancing. Connections go on.
At our various locations (and online!) in Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Hanover Park, Rolling Meadows people are connected to one another and to their gifts and dreams. Below are a few highlights of connections made in 2021 by our POC staff and dedicated volunteers!
Your donation builds on those connections forged in the past and creates new connections so that we meet future challenges together. Please give and consider increasing your gift if you can; These connections are vital, and your support makes them happen.
