J & D Charity Golf Outing

Join us on Friday, September 22, 2023, at Palatine Hills Golf Course for a golf outing hosted by Jennifer Chamberlin and Diana Christensen to benefit POC.
Our goal is to raise $40,000 to support and improve the lives of under-resourced children and families. Our efforts will go even further with you as a golfer, donor of a raffle prize or monetary gift, or sponsor! Jennifer and Diana live in the Palatine community and believe in POC’s mission to empower people and change lives!
Your support directly provides youth and family activities such as movie nights, field trips, summer camp, after-school programs, and case management services for the whole family for rent assistance, education, food, clothing, and more.
DETAILS:
- 18 holes of golf with a cart Continental Breakfast (Bagels, coffee, etc)
- Box Lunch (wrap, chips & drink)

- On-course golf games & 3 Mulligans
